It is successfully used by companies and research institutes worldwide in the fields of geology, semiconductor analysis, materials science, and nanophotonics.
SECOM
The SECOM platform is a fluorescence microscope made to be integrated with a scanning electron microscope. It enables you to do correlative microscopy extremely fast, with the highest optical quality and overlay accuracy. Thanks to its integrated design, switching from fluorescence to electron imaging is seamless and instantaneous. And with the automated alignment procedure, you are directly imaging the right location at a high resolution. Imaging with the SECOM is just like using a fully equipped high-end optical wide-field microscope, without compromise on either optical or electron performance. The system is installed as a retrofit by replacing the door to the vacuum chamber and can be fitted to most scanning electron microscopes. Using the SECOM for thin sections allows you to use fluorescent markers for pinpointing regions of interest, locating rare events, screening large areas and identifying subcellular structures on a molecular basis. By using multicolor labelling you can have the enormous toolbox of fluorescent markers available in nanometer resolution electron images.
CytoFLEX
The CytoFLEX Platform is a revolutionary system presenting optimal excitation and emission, minimizing light loss and maximizing sensitivity. This powerful platform offers:
• Exquisite sensitivity
• Small particle analysis in a benchtop analyzer
• Extensive set of repositionable band pass filters
• Flexibility to upgrade by adding additional parameters
• Intuitive software to facilitate multicolor analysis.
Attune NxT
Attune Flow Cytometers are compact benchtop cell-analyzers with hardware features that enable exceptionally fast sample flow rates, high clog resistance, and outstanding reliability. Attune instruments can be configured with up to 4 spatially-separated lasers and 14 fluorescence detectors. Acoustic focusing technology enables sample flow rates up to 1,000 µL/min, ~10x times faster than traditional cytometers, without compromising data integrity. Attune Cytometric Software makes the system easy-to-use and offers an optional module for 21 CFR part 11 compliance.
CytoFLEX SRT
CytoFLEX SRT Cell Sorter is a benchtop sorter. It is capable of meeting requirements for a wide range of sorting needs. And like the CytoFLEX Platform, it includes innovative technologies that simplify the setup and operation, empowering investigators to focus on the research questions. The Violet-Blue-Yellow Green-Red (V-B-Y-R) Series has 15 fluorescent detectors when fully activated. It can be purchased with as few as five with an option to activate additional lasers and detectors with an activation key. It is capable of complex sort logic with different combinations of sort settings on each of four streams, including the ability to catch aborts of one of the other streams. An optional Biosafety Cabinet including aerosol evacuation or a standalone Aerosol Evacuation Unit is available.
