The Rhenium Technical Support Department provides professional service for a wide range of advanced systems in companies and labs specializing in life sciences, medicine and diagnostics, defense and aerospace, and other leading industries in the Israeli market.
Our technical department comprises 17 service engineers trained and certified at the manufacturer’s sites, along with a team of back-office service coordinators and a customer satisfaction manager dedicated to delivering the most efficient service and professional solutions.

CALIBRATION
Calibration Services, where precision meets reliability. At Rhenium, we specialize in the meticulous calibration of devices, adhering strictly to designer specifications. Our goal is to align each device’s capabilities with the exacting standards set by its designer, ensuring optimal functionality and the delivery of consistently accurate and repeatable results. Through our calibrated approach, we guarantee that your systems maintain peak performance, supporting your operational integrity with confidence.
Rhenium has established one of the highest qualities and most advanced repair and calibration service laboratories in Israel. Our facility utilizes innovative systems and a computerized calibration process in accordance with the ISO 8655 standard for pipette calibration. We calibrate pipettors according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring both accuracy and precision by performing calibrations at three volumes with three repetitions at each volume. Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive calibration report detailing the measurement results. We offer a convenient service where we collect your pipettors from your laboratory, calibrate them, and return them within three business days. Understanding the importance of your work, we dedicate our logistics system to ensure a swift and efficient process.
