Luminex Instruments
The Luminex family of systems encompasses four instrument models, each offering distinct multiplexing capabilities, throughput, and read times. These Luminex instruments operate on the quantitative fluorescent flow cytometry principle, leveraging the xMAP magnetic bead technology to detect small quantities of analytes. Used in combination with our ProcartaPlex multiplex assays for protein quantitation or QuantiGene Plex assays for gene expression analysis, the Luminex platform delivers a rapid and cost-effective immunoassay profiling tool. This synergy between Luminex instruments and our advanced multiplex assays enhances efficiency and precision in the detection and quantification of biomolecules.
